Sunlu filament data: ISO data sheets, speed-banded temperatures and wiki drying times
Short answer
Sunlu links a four-page technical data sheet from each filament's product page. It names ISO methods for every property (ISO 75 heat deflection at 0.45 MPa, ISO 306 Vicat, ISO 1183 density, ISO 527-2 tensile on printed X-Y specimens) and gives nozzle temperatures tied to print-speed bands plus a drying temperature without a time [4]. Drying times come from the Sunlu wiki comparison table, for example 50–55 °C for 6–8 h for PLA [16].

What a Sunlu data sheet contains
Sunlu product pages end with a Downloads block; on the PLA page it links a TDS, an SDS and RoHS and REACH documents [1]. The TDS follows one template across the line. Page one is a property table with a test method, test condition and typical value for each row: tensile, flexural and Izod results, Shore hardness, heat deflection, glass transition, melting point, 5% decomposition temperature, Vicat, moulding shrinkage, thermal expansion, melt flow rate, density, electrical values, UL 94 flammability and a chemical resistance grade list [4]. Page two holds recommended printing parameters: nozzle temperature paired with a speed band, plate temperature, plate material and treatment, fan, raft distance, retraction (0.8–1.2 mm at 30–40 mm/s for PLA) and drying temperature [4]. The PETG sheet is printed in Chinese and English side by side [10].
Most filaments come in 1.75, 2.85 and 3 mm, and the PLA page quotes a 1.75 ± 0.02 mm tolerance [1].
How the test specimens were made
A footnote on each sheet says the specimens were printed with 100% infill at a 90° raster angle, and gives the print temperature and speed used. These differ by product: PLA at 220 °C and 160–260 mm/s, PETG at 255 °C and 150 mm/s, ASA at 270 °C and 45 mm/s, Easy PA at 280 °C and 70–160 mm/s [4, 10, 12, 15]. The same footnote calls the figures average lab data for reference, not a product specification, and says results vary between printers [4].
Tensile strength is reported for X-Y specimens only, so the sheets do not quantify layer adhesion in tension. The closest Z-direction figure is an unnotched Izod impact value in the Z-X orientation, 4.5 ± 1.5 kJ/m² for PLA [4]. Heat deflection is given at 0.45 MPa only, so it cannot be compared with 1.80 MPa figures on the heat resistance chart.
Temperatures tied to print speed
Most sheets split the nozzle range into two speed bands. PLA runs at 200–210 °C for 50–100 mm/s and 210–240 °C for 100–200 mm/s; ABS at 250–270 °C and 270–290 °C over the same bands [4, 11]. High Speed PLA has a single band, 210–230 °C for up to 250 mm/s, and TPU 95A tops out at 120 mm/s [7, 13]. The filament table shows the full nozzle span, so the low end belongs with the slow band. No sheet gives a maximum volumetric speed; a max volumetric speed test and the volumetric speed calculator fill that gap.
Drying: temperature in the TDS, time in the wiki
The data sheets give drying temperatures only: 50 °C for the PLA grades, 60–65 °C for PETG, 80 °C for ABS and ASA, 70–80 °C for PC and 80–110 °C for Easy PA [4, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15]. The Material Performance Comparison page of the Sunlu wiki adds times, 6–8 h for most products and 4–12 h for Easy PA. It marks drying as mandatory for ASA, TPU 95A, PC and Easy PA and as recommended for PLA, PETG and ABS [16]. Its temperatures match or bracket the TDS values, such as 75–85 °C for ABS, so the filament table uses the wiki row for drying. The drying planner works from the same figures.
Heat resistance across the line
At 0.45 MPa the PLA grades sit between 55 and 57 °C, PETG at 70 °C and ABS at 95 °C [4, 7, 10, 11]. ASA and PC both list 101 °C, and Easy PA 119 °C [12, 14, 15]. Vicat is 54 °C for every PLA grade, 86 °C for ABS, 105 °C for ASA and 135 °C for Easy PA; the PETG, PC and TPU 95A sheets leave it blank [4, 11, 12, 15, 14]. Easy PA also lists the highest moulding shrinkage, 1.3–1.6% [15].
Where product pages and data sheets differ
The PLA sheet lists a 60–70 °C plate, while the PLA product page and the wiki table give 50–60 °C [4, 1, 16]. The table here uses the TDS value. The High Speed PLA page headline promises 600 mm/s, but both its own parameter table and the TDS stop at 250 mm/s [2, 7]. The ASA page text cites heat resistance up to 96 °C against an HDT of 101 ± 2 °C in the sheet [3, 12]. The PLA+ and PLA+ 2.0 sheets carry identical settings and test values [5, 6].
Safety: the data sheets ask for a well-ventilated print area, warn that fumes released above the melting temperature may irritate, and suggest local exhaust ventilation where needed [4]. The ASA and PC sheets call for an enclosed printer [12, 14].
