Data is copied, not certified

Filament values on SlicerDial are copied from manufacturers' data sheets and product pages on the access date shown in each Sources list. Manufacturers revise formulations and documents, and values measured on test bars under a standard (for example ISO 75 for heat deflection) do not guarantee how a printed part will behave. Check the manufacturer's current document before relying on a value for anything that matters.

Calculators give arithmetic, not guarantees

The calculators apply the formulas shown on each page to the numbers you enter. They cannot know your printer's real limits, the condition of your hotend, or how wet a spool is. Treat results as starting points for a test print.

Safety

3D printers have hot surfaces, moving parts and mains-powered electronics, and some materials release fumes when heated. Follow the printer maker's manual and the filament's safety data sheet, ventilate as they advise, and do not leave a printer running unattended if its manufacturer advises against it. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or electrical safety advice.

Brands and links

Product and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. SlicerDial is independent and not affiliated with any manufacturer. Links to manufacturers' sites are for sourcing and are not paid placements.
