eSUN filament specs: what the official store's comparison tool lists
Short answer
eSUN's official store has a product comparison tool that lists, per filament, an extruder range with one recommended temperature, bed temperature, density, heat distortion temperature at 0.45 MPa, melt flow index, fan setting, print speed and build surfaces [5]. It names no test standards. Some product pages list a TDS in their downloads, but those files open only after signing in to a store account, so the table here uses the comparison tool [2].

Where eSUN publishes its numbers
The comparison page on eSUN’s official store shows up to four products side by side. Choosing a filament fills in density, heat distortion temperature at 0.45 MPa, melt flow index, tensile strength and elongation labelled Z, flexural strength, flexural modulus and Izod impact labelled X-Y, and then the print settings: extruder and bed temperature, fan speed, print speed, whether a heated bed is needed, build surfaces and free-text recommendations [5]. Many products also get a durability and a printability score out of ten, and most HDT cells carry a second score after the temperature. The scores do not track the temperatures: ASA+ at 88 °C is marked 5/10 while ABS+ at 73 °C is marked 7/10 [5].
The PLA+ page lists TDS, MSDS, REACH, RoHS and FDA documents, and the PETG page a TDS and an MSDS [1, 2]. These downloads require a store account, so none of their values appear here. The comparison tool gives no drying setting for most products, no Vicat point, no maximum volumetric speed and no test standards.
Temperatures and recommended values
Each extruder range comes with a single recommended temperature: 215 °C for PLA+, PLA-Basic, PLA-Matte, PLA+HS and PLA-CF, 210 °C for PLA-Silk, 240 °C for PETG, ABS+, ASA+ and TPU-95A, and 280 °C for PA-CF [5]. Bed ranges are 45–60 °C for the PLA grades, TPU-95A and PA-CF (heated bed marked optional where the tool says), 75–90 °C for PETG, 95–110 °C for ABS+ and 90–110 °C for ASA+ [5]. Fan speed is 100% for PLA, PETG and TPU and 0% for ABS+, ASA+ and PA-CF; PETG-Basic gets 50–100%. ABS+ and ASA+ carry a recommendation to print in a closed box [5]. The temperature chart puts these ranges next to other brands.
Heat, density and the melt flow caveat
HDT at 0.45 MPa runs from 50 °C for PLA-Silk to 155 °C for PA-CF. PETG lists 64 °C and PETG-Basic 73 °C; ABS+ also lists 73 °C and ASA+ 88 °C [5]. PLA-Basic gives a 50–60 °C range instead of one value, so the table leaves its HDT blank. Density ranges from 1.06 g/cm³ for ABS+ to 1.329 g/cm³ for PLA-Matte, apart from ASA+, which is listed as a round 1 [5].
Melt flow index is measured under different conditions per family: 190 °C with 2.16 kg for PLA, 250 °C with 2.16 kg for PETG, 220 °C with 10 kg for ABS+ and ASA+, and 275 °C with 5 kg for PA-CF [5]. The numbers can be compared within a family but not across families. Tensile values appear only for some products, all labelled Z: 31.2 MPa for PLA+, 32 MPa for PLA+HS, 28 MPa for PLA-CF and 52.7 MPa for PETG-Basic [5]. Because they are labelled Z, they should not be set against X-Y values in other brands’ tables.
Speed: standard and HS grades
Most standard grades list 40–100 mm/s, while PLA+HS and PLA-CF list 50–300 mm/s and PLA-Basic 40–300 mm/s. PETG-Basic is listed below 200 mm/s and TPU-95A at 20–50 mm/s [5]. The PLA+HS product page treats 50–300 mm/s as the normal range and claims a top speed of 500 mm/s [3]. Without a published flow limit, a max volumetric speed test is the way to find the real ceiling for a given hotend.
PA-CF and other notes from the product pages
PA-CF is the only filament here with a drying instruction: 70 °C for more than 12 hours, with hardened steel or ruby nozzles [5]. Its product page differs on three points. It gives a 260–290 °C nozzle range against 260–300 °C in the tool, a heat resistance of 120 °C against an HDT of 155 °C, and a 0.6 mm or larger stainless steel nozzle [4]. The page also gives the blend as 80% nylon and 20% carbon fiber.
The product pages state a diameter tolerance of ±0.03 mm for PLA+ and ±0.05 mm for PETG, with 340–350 m and 350–355 m of filament per 1 kg spool [1, 2]. At the listed 1.23 g/cm³, 1 kg of 1.75 mm PLA+ works out to about 338 m in the filament weight calculator, a few meters short of the stated length.
