Siraya Tech filament data: Fibreheart composites, flexibles and annealed HDT
Short answer
Siraya Tech publishes each filament's technical data sheet as a web page with print settings, drying advice and a property table. The Fibreheart engineering sheets list heat deflection at 1.80 and 0.45 MPa, often both before and after annealing; annealed PPA-CF reaches 192 °C at 0.45 MPa [8]. Most rigid-grade sheets say to dry only when the filament shows moisture, while the TPU 64D and PEBA sheets say to dry before every print [1, 18, 19].

How the data sheets are organized
The 13 Siraya Tech products in this database are engineering and flexible materials: the Fibreheart fiber-filled grades (PET, PETG, PPA, ABS and ASA with carbon or glass fiber), unfilled PPA and high-temperature ABS, Flex TPU in several hardnesses and the Rebound PEBA elastomers. Each product page links a TDS, an MSDS, a user guide and printer profiles [15]. The TDS itself is an HTML page on siraya.tech. Its sections cover the product introduction, a property table, preparation for printing, recommended print settings, moisture management and troubleshooting [1].
Test methods and what the tables leave out
Most sheets test tensile properties to ASTM D638, bending to ISO 178, Charpy impact to ISO 179, Vicat softening to ISO 306 and density to ISO 1183 [8]. A few use ISO 527 for tensile strength instead, including ABS-GF, ASA-GF and Flex TPU 95A [12, 14, 17]. Heat deflection is labeled Method A at 1.80 MPa and Method B at 0.45 MPa; only the PET-GF sheet names ISO 75 [5]. The ABS-CF, ABS-GF and ASA-GF sheets give Method A and B values without stating the loads [10, 12, 14].
Print direction is often missing. PET-CF and PET-GF are the exceptions and show a large drop across layers: PET-CF lists 74 MPa X-Y and 35 MPa Z tensile strength, and PET-GF 67 MPa and 36 MPa [1, 5]. The PPA, PPA-CF and ABS HT HF sheets give one tensile value with no direction [6, 8, 16].
Annealing and heat resistance
Several sheets report HDT both unannealed and annealed. At 1.80 MPa, PET-CF rises from 76.6 °C to 118 °C and PET-GF from 74 °C to 105 °C [1, 5]. The PPA composites change most at 0.45 MPa: PPA-CF goes from 84.5 °C to 192 °C and PPA-CF Core from 97 °C to 199 °C [8, 9]. The database records the as-printed values and keeps the annealed ones in notes, so they line up with other brands on the heat resistance chart.
Annealing settings appear on two sheets: 90–100 °C for 4–6 hours for PET-CF, and 95 °C for 4 hours with parts packed in aluminum oxide sand for PET-GF [1, 5]. The unfilled PPA sheet lists annealing as an option and, a few lines later, says it is not recommended because it can warp the print [6]. That sheet also gives dry and wet HDT: 73.5 °C dry and 48.5 °C wet at 1.80 MPa [6].
The ABS-based grades sit close together. ABS HT HF lists 99 °C at 1.80 MPa and 101 °C at 0.45 MPa [16]. ABS-CF lists 94 °C and 99 °C and ASA-GF 94 °C and 98 °C for Methods A and B [10, 14].
Drying and storage
The PET-CF and PPA-CF sheets say a sealed spool can be printed without drying and that drying is only needed when the filament shows moisture [1, 8]. Drying temperatures vary widely: 100 °C for PPA-CF, 100–120 °C for PET-GF, 70–80 °C for ABS-CF, ASA-GF and PETG-CF Pro, and 65 °C for ABS-GF, all for 4–6 hours [8, 5, 10, 14, 3, 12]. For storage, the PPA-CF sheet recommends a dry box below 15% relative humidity [8].
The flexible grades are stricter. Flex TPU 64D and Rebound PEBA 95A call for drying at 50–60 °C for at least 4–6 hours before every print, even from a new spool [18, 19]. The Flex TPU 95A sheet gives 50–65 °C for 4–6 hours, and its moisture section advises an oven over a filament dryer because a dryer may not hold a uniform temperature [17]. The drying planner works with these ranges.
Hardware notes
The fiber-filled sheets call for hardened steel or higher-grade nozzles, 0.4 mm or larger for PET-CF [1], and the PPA-CF sheet asks for a heating block at least 12 mm thick [8]. Unfilled PPA and ABS HT HF do not need a hardened nozzle [6, 16]. ABS-CF and ASA-GF suggest a heated chamber at 60–80 °C [10, 14]. The PET-CF product page advises against feeding it through an AMS because the fiber makes the strand brittle [2]. Flex TPU 64D works with the original Bambu Lab AMS but not with AMS 2 [18].
Three products have flow figures: 20 mm³/s at 320 °C for PET-CF, 8–12 mm³/s at 300–320 °C for PPA-CF, and up to 25 mm³/s for PETG-CF Pro on its product page [1, 8, 4]. The volumetric speed calculator converts these to print speeds.
Inconsistencies to check
- PET-CF: the settings table lists a 60–80 °C bed while the preparation text says 70–90 °C, and the troubleshooting section suggests drying at 100–120 °C instead of 90 °C [1].
- PETG-CF Pro: the product page states an HDT of 76 °C; the TDS lists 69 °C at 1.80 MPa and 75 °C at 0.45 MPa [4, 3].
- ABS-CF and ASA-GF: the product pages give HDT values 1–2 °C lower than the sheets, and the ABS-CF page’s TDS link opens the ABS-CF Core sheet [11, 15].
- PET-GF: the volumetric speed row reads “20mm/s at 320°C”, so the database leaves that value empty [5].
- PPA: the product page lists 70 MPa tensile strength and 1.2 g/cm³ and recommends hardened steel nozzles; the TDS lists 72 MPa and 1.21 g/cm³ and says a hardened nozzle is not needed [7, 6].
